Hands-on technologist with 25+ years in the Java & enterprise stack—developer → trainer → practice leader → founder of productiviti.io. I’ve delivered hundreds of corporate trainings for top MNCs (Morgan Stanley, JPMC, Wipro, Synechron, Siemens, Tech Mahindra, HSBC, Nomura) across India and overseas (Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia). I remain deeply hands-on, continuously learning, coding, and teaching. Along the way, I built and now lead a strong tech team that created productiviti.io.
Today my primary focus is on building and scaling productiviti.io ( https://www.productiviti.io ) — a project visibility platform that goes beyond “employee monitoring,” giving CXOs, managers, and teams a unified view of effort, cost, and progress, with quality at the core.
Alongside this, I take on select corporate training assignments — fast-paced, code-first workshops that bring in quick cash to sustain and scale productiviti.io, my self-funded product, while also fueling my passion for sharing knowledge and continuous learning.

- As a co-founder, I have guided InfoMover Technologies from a technology consultancy into a product-led SaaS company — a journey fueled by my passion for project execution excellence and delivering work on time, with precision.
- This passion led my team and me to create our flagship product: Productiviti.io — a workforce productivity and project success platform designed to give organizations full-spectrum visibility into project progress, resource utilization, and proof of work.
- Today in production: Activity logging, secure screenshot timelines, utilization analytics, and granular multi-level configuration.
- Coming soon: Project Performance module for real-time cost tracking, delay prediction, and root cause analysis.
- We also launched HireTalentt.com — a platform that enables freelancers and agencies to showcase their tech capabilities and connect with clients more effectively.
- Following these launches, we have pivoted the company’s focus entirely to SaaS product development and growth. My personal role now centers on commercial strategy, sales, and market expansion for our platforms.
- Corporate Training
- Alongside building products, I continue to deliver select, high-impact corporate trainings on technologies such as LangChain, Spring AI, Spring Boot & Microservices, Liferay, and Java Concurrency, Java Performance/Low Latency. These workshops generate cash flow that fuels our bootstrapped journey and also let me pursue my passion for sharing knowledge and staying hands-on with technology.
